Approach to Engagement and Practice
My approach to healing and practice focuses on growing through fear, attachments and trauma and becoming a highly capable navigator of, and participant in, the present moment.
My goal is to help you become the most calm, resilient, balanced, and inspired version of yourself by integrating the following practices into a fluid approach to daily thriving:
1. Using Mindfulness and Meditation to quiet the mind, focus attention, and make deliberate decisions.
2. Working through trauma and habituated learning while improving attention, focus, and connection with the present moment.
3. Providing comprehensive and pragmatic teaching, training, and knowledge as a foundation for change.
4. Collaborating with practices such as yoga, body movement, breathwork, MerT (Magnetic Resonance Therapy), climbing, hiking, massage, etc. to enhance body/mind awareness, flexibility, strength, and wellbeing.
5. Using art and narrative to provide a medium for deeper exploration, expression, and making meaning out of experience.
6. Exploration of masculine and feminine emotions and energy to bring balance to the self.
